Galaxies and stars.
Galaxies are the only miracles that will always accompany us. Galaxies are large groups of stars, dust, and gas. “Everything dies, from the smallest blade of grass to the biggest galaxy.” Galaxies contain planets, star system and clusters, and interstellar clouds. In between these objects, there’s a sparse interstellar medium of gas, dust, and cosmic rays. There are supermassive black holes located at the center of most galaxies. Supermassive black holes are the largest type of black hole. Galaxies that have less thana billion stars are considered “small galaxies”. Galaxies are categorized according to their shape. There are three types of galaxies, which are elliptical, spiral, and irregular galaxies. Nearly all the matter in the universe is concentrated in galaxies. A galaxy is a gigantic mass of stars held together by gravity.

The largest contain millions of stars. The smallest have just a few million, but even small galaxies are so big that light takes thousands of years to cross them. Despite having so much matter, galaxies are mostly empty space, with vast distances between each star. Our sun and all the stars we can see with the naked eye belong to just one galaxy -the Milky Way. Beyond this lie billions of galaxies stretching safarist space as astronomers can see. The idea that each star isa sun, many with their own solar systems, isa powerful reminder of the immense scale of the cosmos. However, the distances to stars in our galaxy are tiny in comparison to distances to other galaxies. Since antiquity, observers have noted the existence of nebulous stars; diffuse smudgy or cloudy looking stars. Some of them turned out to be what we now know as nebulae, the places where stars form. Many turned out to be something else entirely. It wasn’t until the 1920swhen it was confirmed that many of these nebulous stars were in fact completely different galaxies, whole other sets of billions of stars like the Milky Way, far beyond our own. An incredible number of stars has been founded. Red, white and blue stars give off different amounts of light. Almost now there has been discovered the Milky Way has about 100 billion stars 100,000,000,000. The number is so big, it’s hard to imagine. But try this: It’s about 10 times the number of cups of water in all the oceans of Earth. “The darkest nights produce the brightest stars.”
We are lucky to live in this incredible place with so much stars and galaxies.

From this event that is taking place I got the best impressions. I want to thank Mrs. Detina Zalli endlessly for coming to our school in such a modest conversation, imagining that she is one of the most successful Albanians outside Albania.
